The most famous symbol of Paris, (and perhaps all of France) is visible in many shots from the movie. Built in 1889, it remained the tallest structure in the world until 1930 and is still the tallest structure in the city of Paris by several hundred feet. It can be easily seen from all over Paris - just like the movie.
