The most famous symbol of Paris, (and perhaps all of France) the Eiffel Tower dominates the Paris skyline. Built in 1889, it remained the tallest structure in the world until 1930. The first two levels have both stairs and elevator access. The ascent to observation deck can only be taken with an elevator ride. In addition to the observation deck, there are two restaurants.
